The servants’ hall in the adjoining building is particularly suitable for birthdays or class reunions, but also for meetings of authorities or cadres followed by a meal. The servants’ hall is heated and can therefore be used all year round.

Der Chäller bietet eine heimelige Atmosphäre für kleinere Anlässe und dient bei Veranstaltungen im Freien als Ausweichplatz bei Schlechtwetter. Der Raum verfügt über eine kleine Einbauküche mit Rechaud, Kühlschrank und Wasseranschluss. Dank einem separaten Eingang kann der Chäller auch ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten des Museums genutzt werden.

The Trotte is located on the ground floor next to the arched hall and is suitable for aperitifs and banquets. The room used to house an old grape press, which was crucial in choosing the room’s name. The historic cobblestones give the room a rustic friendliness but make walking a little tricky.

The 1100 m² courtyard is dominated by two old lime trees and the picturesque scenery of the Ritterhaus. Tables and benches for smaller and larger festive parties can be arranged as desired under the trees or around the fountain. Behind the main house there is also a paved area (approx. 250 m²) where a marquee for a maximum of 220 people can be installed. As the courtyard and festival square do not provide shelter in bad weather, we recommend that you also reserve the Trotte or other rooms.

The herb garden invites you to linger, relax and enjoy. It can also be used for aperitifs for up to 30 people or for smaller performances. In addition, your family, wedding or club photographs can be beautifully staged here.
